Sorry to tell you but that sounds like classic symtoms of mareks desease.
There is no cure and she will continue to loose her balance until she can no longer feed. I suggest you seek a second opinion form a vet, but if its confirmed putting her to sleep is the best thing for her.
If its Mareks then be aware its contageous, in the meantime keep her way from the other and clean up her mess regularly as the desease can transfer in that.

But reast assured there is nothing you have done to cause this, its just one of those random illnesses chickens get.
