if you are serious, i can give you detailed instructions and save you money, like for instance, no you do not need a heater, just a tub heater to keep their water from freezing, and a 2 gallon bucket is great for that, just staple 4mil or thicker plastic over the windows, always use hydrated lime when you scoop the coop, it kills the smell and helps break the pooh down faster for composting... i know lots, hit me up...
