Question about Pets:I want to have my female parakeet lay eggs.?

If Sky is a budgie she is too old to be laying eggs. They very rarely get to this age in the wild. A female budgie should be breeding untill she is five or six years maximum.
If she is a parakeet (indian ring neck) then she is at the upper breeding age for her species.
