If it is a pet bird, take it to your avian veterinarian.
If it is a wild bird, get it to a licensed wildlife rehablitator. You can find one here: http://www.tc.umn.edu/~devo0028/contact....
These people have special training to care for sick, injured and orphaned wild animals. They have state and federal licenses allowing them to keep the animals until they are healthy enough for release.
