call an avian shop in your area and they should be able to put u in touch with professionals to do the job. short of that get on a ladder and find out where they are comming and going from as the nesting season is close at hand and u really dont want hungry baby starlings squaking for food anywhere near u. if u can find it and block it when u know there out then u will win
