| Question about Pets:How do i teach my cockatiel to step up? |
Once you get the bird on your finger use your other finger and put it under the bird chest in front of the feet, this will force him to step up to the other finger, and keep doing it back and forth with each finger. lightly press your finger so he knows theres something there for him to step on... Keep doing this and in a matter of a hour he will know that you want him to step up, then you can use one finger to get him out of his cage... Don't poke him,,, lighty touch his chest and move it upward, he'll step up... good luck
