| Question about Pets:I found a baby sparrow and rescued her what do i feed her? |
Ok so if its a baby it will have to be this you will have to make it up :
Handfeeding Forumula
1 cup soaked dog/cat food
1/4 cup of applesauce
1 hard boiled egg
Avian vitamins (follow dosage on package)
Around 750 mg calcium (I use Tums Smooth Dissolve tablet) ground to powder and dissolved in a little water.
Water
Mix all ingredients together, and add enough water to make it the consistency of cooked oatmeal.
Ignore the person who said sunflower it wouldnt be able to eat them!
This following site tells you about the food that the babys should eat, how to keep them, and how to avoid having the imprinted on you (bonded to you)!
Please be carefull, do not handle this bird unless you plan on keeping it for good, as he will come too attached to you to be able to be set free!
