you need to find yourself an avian vet. Do not try this on your own. Call your local vet and ask them to direct you to an avian specialist- any reputable vet office should be able to give you this information. If you attempt to do this you could injure your bird further, or it could go into shock (which can result in death).
Please, for the sake of your bird, take it to an avian vet at all costs.
Long time bird owner. I have dealt with my fair share of illnesses and injuries, and an avian vet is your best friend in situations such as this.
