OK first things first. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN ALBINO COCKATIEL. If that breeder tells you otherwise leave immediatly, because the breeder is doing one of 2 things. 1 the breeder is lying to you, or 2 even worse the breeder is woefully ignorant.
THe white tiel is a combination of 2 color mutations the first is lutino. THis takes all the grey color out of the bird. the 2nd is White faced. this takes all the yellow color out of the bird. Ok now as far as the price goes $200 is a bit steep. We sell the White faced lutinos for about $150. But we are in a rather low cost of living area. So the other $50 could just be the adjustment for the cost of living in your area. Good luck
