Yes! It's lots of fun taking leisurely strolls through local parks and not caring what all the bikers and joggers think of my strange behavior. Try calling to a hidden warbler and enjoy the look you get from that 40-something man that goes jogging by. Sure, you're embarrassed at first. But when you see a new bird it's well worth it.
Now if I can just find a kind, intelligent woman who enjoys this glorious waste of time as much as I do, I just might marry her. Provided that she's not old enough to be my mother, of course....
