| Question about Pets:My daughter found a egg. what do i do now? |
Nice to hear of someone like you who really cares about wild life. Some of your replies were awful, birds are certainly not flying rats. I feel very sad for people who don't love all kinds of animals. Keep doing what you are doing, keeping the egg warm and turning, just like a mother bird would do. You didn't say how big the egg was. If it hatches you'll have your work cut out but you can feed it moistened mashed cat food with tiny tweezers. I've done this with a baby bird I found that had virtually no feathers so was very young. And before anyone says I should have left it for the parents to find, my cat had brought it in so Ithe parents were long gone. The little bird survived and lived to fly away. Good luck and keep on caring.
A baby bird just learning to fly is called a __________.? (previous)
I have two 2 day old pigeons on my balcony ledge. How can I protect them from the rain? Can I pick them up? (next) |
