Joseph, unless you know how to knit a bone back together properly, you really need to take it to a vet, or a wildlife rehabilitation centre. I've seen other postings from you, and it's obvious you love animals. You really should investigate where your nearest wildlife centre or humane society is located. This way you will be prepared for emergencies, such as this one.
In the meantime take a roll of gauze and gently wrap it around the body of the duck, making sure you secure the wing to it's side (underneath the gauze). Be very gentle. Keep it warm, give it a mash and water. Get someone to help, and try to get to an expert as soon as possible.
