| Question about Pets:Bird wont go away? |
This bird could be sitting on a nest..some birds are ground nesters. If this is the case..steer clear of the area as not to disturb it. It is actually illegal for you to disturb a nest, or the bird itself..all native birds are protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act. Not sure why you are so adamant about having it leave your yard..it is not harming anyone.
