Try using Roudybush pellets. I have had no birds that didn't convert to that pellet. It took me 2 yrs to get my imported CAG onto table foods, but took 24 hours for her to take to the roudybush pellets, you go figure that one out, LOL. Once i removed the seed, which the idiot i took her from had her on, she transfered right over with no problem.
I have a receipe for a neat rice and bean mix if you'd like it. It cooks up in no time in a microwave.
What is so good about roudybush, they carry a medicated pellet, so if you need to medicate your bird, all you need to do is use the medicated pellets!
