Eclectus need a lot of attention when they are babies. Make sure she's eating enough. You didn't say how old she is. If she just got on solid food this may be a reason too. Try giving her some mashed up fruit you could also give her oatmeal with a bit of honey in it too. Give her lot of love and you'll have a great bird. My Eclectus is 17 years old and I love him so much. I got him as a baby too. All the best and congrats;^)
