Question about Pets:Do 3-4 week old gerbils bite at first? what can i do to stop the biting?

i have 2 gerbils and neither of them bite. All you have to do is make sure you handle them at an extremly early age. If it is to late for that put your hand in the cage every now and then. When they get used to your smell take them out. If you are not confident enough yet get them out and hold a tube for them at the same time. Hope that helps
