| Question about Pets:Do ant kill guinea pig? |
Ants can bite your guinea pig, you should check your piggy for any marks that look inflamed which could indicate an ant bite, if they look particularly sore you can either take him to the vet or treat with a gentle moisturizing lotion. Clean out the cage thoroughly with vinegar and water and treat the ants. Is your cage housed outside? If you cage is housed outside you can treat the areas surrounding the cage with ant killer and place the stands in water (do you know what I mean?). If it is inside work out where the ants are coming from and treat. Do not put ant killer in the cage.
