Question about Pets:Are we over-feeding our guinea pigs?

when i was going to get my first guinea pig i was looking all over the Internet trying to find out all of the information that i could about them. apparently they eat as much as they need, but if they start to become overweight then i would cut down on the green veggies! my guinea pig isn't overweight but he is just really big, and i feed him a bowl of guinea pig food and 4 slices of cucumber and half-full tomato. also sometimes as a treat he gets kale, but if you are going to give kale i would grow your own as the kale you purchase at supermarkets goes off before its best before date and stinks out your fridge! i have this website which says about how much food should be fed e.t.c. hope its helpful!
