this is normal, he is in a new enviorment, with new food, and new people, when you bring a bird home, you should let it be alone for at least a day or two, let it get use to its enviorment, dont take it out of the cage, when he gets hungry enough, he'll eat, and all birds have the ability to turn thier heads 360 degreese, its normal, just leave him alone and after a day or two, or after he eats go up to his cage and be gentle, talk to him softly, and after a week to ten days. close the door to the room hes in and make sure the windows are closed and theres no other pets in the room, and open the front door to the cage, if its one of thoes cages with the trap door that slides up and down, keep it open with a twist tie, after the door to the cage is open, he will come out when hes ready. dont force him, let him roam around, just dont let him get trapped anywhere or hurt himself.
