Question about Pets:I want to buy a cockatiel for about 70-80 in the area of boston..do you any good place where i can go

Before you buy one from a pet store, look in the local americanclassifed.com, craigslist.com, local newspapers, or even call some locally owned pet stores and ask if they know of any breeders locally. If you get a younger bird from a breeder it will be much tamer, you can get its date of birth. And they are much cheaper! Even if you can find one that noone wants anymore, it still maybe tamer than one from a petstore, and more than likely it will come with a cage and food.

How do you tell the sex of a cockatiel? (previous)
Sun Conure? (next)
