| Question about Pets:How to tame a budgie? |
Gentleness, time and patience and it will all pay off. Spend time with them individually and you'll get to know who they are and they'll get used to you. Talk to them all the time. Have an outside playpen for them. I made one out of a wire hanging fruit baskets, a double one, I put mirrors, toys and food titbits and they come and play on it. And when their wings grow back, they can fly to and from the cage to you and back in again. They have to learn to fly with their wings so they can't be clipped forever. Have a long stick handy to get them from high places and to carry them to their cage. So I hope I've been able to help. Have fun with your Buds.
