If you are looking to take them out of the cage and play with them, then they need to be seperated. Buy another cage and you will need to sit down by each cage every day for at elast 30 minutes and read to each bird. DOn't leave until the bird has settled down either. Offer treats as you read to them adn voer time they should become used to you being near them as well as taking things from your hands. Then you can start putting your hand in the cage, offering treats, and tlaking to them. I'd also suggest getting their wings clipped to make them more handable while you tyr and gain their trust. If you want them to jsut be calma round you. Reading to them for 30 minutes a day will ge tthem used to your presence, offer treats and within a few weeks they shouldn't startle when you come near. Put your hand in the cage and offer treats that way, and only take your hand out onc ehtey are come. This could take 5 to 20 minutes depending.
