Question about Pets:Would this keep birds away from my bond?

That probably wouldn't work for birds, because its sensors are aimed toward the ground, not the sky.
You could try an owl (or some other bird of prey type) decoy. These work well for keeping birds away from my garden. I move mine around so the birds don't get used to it, but I don't know if that's really necessary.
