Question about Pets:Is my parakeet a boy or a girl?

It'll be hard to tell at only 11 weeks old. usually you have to wait 'til it's an adult which is about 8 months old to find out for sure. Or you could take the expensive way and take it to a vet and have them check for you. But here's a link that actually shows you real pictures of male & female parakeets. Also tells you a lot about the behavior for each sex.
