Because their isn't a male in the cage with her they won't hatch. She will sit on them for two or three weeks then begin sitting for less and less amounts of time. When she seems to have lost interest, and is out of the cage you can remove them.
As the others said, she does need a source of calcium, I use a cuttle bone and scrape some of it off onto her food wet or dry.
You can also pat yourself on the back because only healthy happy birds will lay eggs. Good job!
