My cockatiel gets a mix of 1/3 cockatiel seeds and 2/3 budgie seeds, including millet, oat, barley, and safflower
broccoli, carrots, bell peppers,
cooked brown rice, cooked millet, cooked corn,
hardboiled eggs (small amounts occasionally)
whole wheat bread
