Question about Pets:Training the Parrolet to stay and not fly off my finger?

When he's on your fingers keep your thumb over his toes. It works! Also, because he'syoung he's concerned that he'll lose his balance and feels safer flying off your fingers. He'll get more confident in time and you'll be able to hold him with your thumb over his toes and et him flap away as if he were flying. Great exercise.
