You need to remove the injured chicken from the rest. Clean the wounds ( just water will work) then take Bag Balm and put it on the wounds. Give it a day or so and she can be put back with the other chickens but keep bag balm on her wounds.It keeps the other chickens from pecking at her. Chickens will go after blood EVERY time. They will peck and peck until the wounded chicken dies. If you don't have any bag balm try Vaseline.
