Or at least try to.
Put up an alert at http://911parrotalert.com
and put up posters around town.
If not one claims the bird after 2 months or so, call a bird rescue organization and see if they'll take it in.
DO NOT give the bird to anyone inexperienced.
But if you know someone who has experience with parrots, and know how to take care of them and have enough time and money to do so, they can take the bird in.
