Question about Pets:Male parakeet?

he is just showing that he likes her. He doesnt scratch her with his beak, he preens her. Its like they're cleaning each other. Its very cute. She will like him in time, they all get to like each other usually.
the usual way to know if theyre ready to mate is if he dances and bops his head up and down while moving on the perch hyperly.
