put a saucer / birdbath of warm water in the cage birds are naturally clean animals and will readily bathe if she hesitates you can put a small mirror in the bottom of the bath water sometimes that attracts them into the water make sure the water is warm NOT HOT and when it cools off replace it make sure the bird is not in any drafts also window fan air conditoner etc when she bathes check what you're feeding her too many greens maybe if it happens again maybe time for a vet visit
