Question about Pets:My cockatiel has diarrhea?

Birds are natural poopers. The reason they poop so much is to lighten themselves so they can fly. However, when they sit on their eggs, they hold it in for a long time, which causes build up. So when they finally get up to eat or drink, they squat and poop out the build up (which may seem like they have diarrhea, but for birds who are nesting, it's perfectly normal.) Because your bird poops out so much of it's waste then usual, it will have a eggy smell to it. This is also normal.

If you want to get rid of the eggs, let your bird sit on them for two - three weeks, and then take them out. If you take them out right away, your bird will become stressed and lay more. (Make sure to clean the bottom of your cage more then usual during these three weeks. If you use newspaper, I suggest you use bird bedding instead. It's easier to clean.)

I hope this information was helpful! If your still concerned, call your local avian vet and seek more information.
