if she is bleeding because she broke a blood feather you can use corn flour to stop the bleeding.( just dab it on the sore)If its more tham that I suggest you take her to a vet.You might have to cover hr cage up and keep her in a quiet spot until she loves her new home.It will take her a bit of getting use to her new surroundings.Budgies are always strange little birds to me.
