Question about Pets:URGENT,needs attentions!?

It may have a broken leg, severe abdomenal pain due to internal parasite infections, or disease. Taking him to the vet is the best thing to do if you don't know what's wrong.
Does he have diarreah? This is a common symptom of many diseases for pigeons and doves that could often be fatal if not treated as soon as possible.
Do any of his joints show swelling? He may have paratyphoid. This affects the joints to where they don't function properly, but can be cured with medication or vaccines. If not this, he may have broken something and it lead to swelling.
Is he eating or drinking more or less than usual? This is also a common sign of some diseases or stress.
Do his eyes, cere, tongue, and thoat look normal? Mucus/discharge in the mouth, cere, and eyes are a good sign of respiretory problems, which could cause him to be weak enough to effect his walking ability. If there are yellow lumps on any of these areas, it could mean canker, or if there are lesions it could mean pigeon pox - also weakening enough in some situations to effect walking or standing.
Have you noticed any damage to his toenails? Loss or severe damage to pigeons toenails not only causes a good amount of bleeding for such a small thing, but also causes a lot of pain. My birds have had their toenails caught in something and they often limped for the rest of the day.
Are you sure it is a male dove? Although one month seems young, some species of doves are able to mate within a month from hatching. If there is a male dove in the cage, she could be egg bound.
Considering all we know is that he can't walk properly, there isn't much room to make a second opinion. There are so many things that could cause just this one symptom, that it is hard to diagnose it. My suggestion is you just take it to the vet, and do what the professionals tell you to do.

Edit - Oh and I forgot to mention, try not to disturb the bird much unless you have to. Pigeons and doves are extremely easy to stress out. When they are stressed, it's almost as if they become a club for all sorts of diseases and viruses. A stressed bird plus a hurt leg equals not good on him D:
Staying all night with him will disturb his sleeping, which he needs in order to heal and keep his immune system in tact.
Just think how they must feel...for when a pigeon or dove gets nervous or upset, its heart beats three times faster than normal. Talk about anxiety attacks.

Anyways, I hope all goes well and it isn't too serious!
