Question about Pets:Will my parakeet over heat?

It is unlikely to overheat at night. But if you are worried about it you can spray the bird with a fine mist of room temperature water from a spray bottle.
Most birds appreciate this when they are hot. Just be sure not to spray your bird directly in the face. It would be like someone spraying you right in the face with a garden hose..
