| Question about Pets:My Husband wants a Bird...? |
I used to have a cockatiel. It was very cute and they can even whistle a tune if you teach them one. They live to be about 15 years old, too! The only thing I would recommend is to go some local vet's offices in your area and find a good breeder. Birds that are bought from pet stores in malls and stuff are not very friendly. It's also good to get a pair of birds. Just do a little research, or you might regret your purchase and you may just get a sad, depressed, angry bird. Good luck!
