Well, of course it will chirp.
Birds chirp.
Humans talk.
That's just how it is
But if you're talking about screaming, then that's another story.
You know why she screams? She wants attention. She wants you to go play with her.
But if you don' t have the time, move her cage into a dark room, like a bathroom with no windows, and shut off the light and close the door. Leave her in there for a couple of minutes, an turn the light back on and close the door again.
But don't leaver her like this all the time. You have to spend time with her!
