Question about Pets:How can u tell if a parakeet is molting?

welll you will notice little white things sticking out mainly on its head, called pin feathers.

also its behavior might change. it will look abit scruffy and will be very itchy especially the sides of its head (it'll appreciate you scratching him). it will start losing feathers
(thats the giveaway lol) little white fluffy ones at first, then proper ones.

lasts about 3 weeks. okay hope this helps
