Question about Pets:I am planning on getting a bird for my bedroom can anyone advise me on what bird to get!?

I'd get a cockatiel but that's my own opinion. They're affectionate, smart, playful and extremely cute. They get bored easily though so I don't think they should be put in a bedroom. They always need toys to play with and they always most importantly need attention! They love the company of people, they can imitate words/songs and they're a perfect size. They're naturally sweet too. You just have to make sure you're willing to keep up with them because they can be messy since they shed feathers and the seeds go everywhere. However, they aren't that noisy as long as you take good care of them and play with them/give them attention like all pets need. They cost around 200, I believe, if you buy one from a pet store. Just make sure it's young. You should be able to tell because the younger they are, the more active they are, they sing more, they look scared, they have light colored beaks & feet when young (usually)

How do you tell the sex of a cockatiel? (previous)
Sun Conure? (next)
