Question about Pets:My quaker female just plucked all her feathers out while i was gone for the weekend - she is sitting on eggs.?

Take her to an avian vet.
She was probably plucking from loneliness when you were gone.
The vet should be able to give a collar, like those ones used on dogs, to prevent her from reaching her chest feathers and wings . As for th eggs, leave them there until she rejects them.
